Postal employees are in full force providing customers mail and retail services in postal facilities that were not significantly damaged by the hurricane. UPS Service Alerts:Pickups and Deliveries Underway in Puerto Rico UPS has reestablished delivery service to all areas of Puerto Rico. Contingency plans are in place to help ensure all shipments are delivered to their final destinations as quickly as conditions permit. UPS drivers will make one attempt to deliver a package to a residence. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a UPS Hold for Pickup location for three days.
